Monday
Breakfast: Fruit bowl (3 fruits of your choice)
Lunch: Asparagus soup
Dinner: Sweet potato shepherd’s pie
Snack: Sweet and salted popcorn
Tuesday
Breakfast: Multigrain hoops (or a cereal of your choice)
Lunch: Cheese and new potato salad
Dinner: Garlic and herb roast lamb on boulangere potatoes
Snack: Fruit bar
Wednesday
Breakfast: Granola and greek yogurt with 1tsp honey
Lunch: Asparagus soup
Dinner: Roast dinner (recipe for: yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes)
Snack: Salted peanuts
Thursday
Breakfast: Jam on wholemeal toast and a smoothie
Lunch: Chorizo salad
Dinner: Burger and homemade chips
Snack: Sweet and salted popcorn
Friday
Breakfast: Fruit bowl (3 pieces of your choice)
Lunch: Chunky minestrone soup
Dinner: Crispy greek style pie with mixed vegetables
Snack: Snack bar
Saturday
Breakfast: Wholegrain hoops (or a cereal of your choice)
Lunch: New potato salad
Dinner: Hot dogs
Snack: Banana
Sunday
Breakfast: Cheese toastie
Lunch: Chunky minestrone soup
Dinner: Meatball and garlic bread traybake
Snack: Greek yogurt with 1tsp honey
