Breakfast: Jam on wholemeal toast and a smoothie
Lunch: Chorizo salad
Dinner: Burger and homemade chips
Snack: Sweet and salted popcorn
Breakfast: Wholegrain hoops (or a cereal of your choice)
Lunch: New potato salad
Dinner: Hot dogs
Breakfast: Cheese toastie
Lunch: Chunky minestrone soup
Dinner: Meatball and garlic bread traybake
Snack: Greek yogurt with 1tsp honey
